Did this legislation ever pass? And if so has it had much of an impact on your chapter in Cincinnati? Just curious.

I wouldn?t know. I would have expected someone with you interests in history would know that the KKK members are:

1. Southern Democrats, I am Republican with Libertarian leanings (or the other way around)
2. WASPs or White Anglo-Saxon Protestants, I am Italian.
3. Born in the south, I was born in New York.
